Subject to availability and receipt of Payment, requests will be processed within 1 day and delivery confirmed by way of electronic ticket (e-ticket number and/or airline confirmation/PNR number) delivered to the client's email address provided at the time of booking.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Bookinghub South Africa (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Bookinghub South Africa (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Changes and Cancellations of tickets by the client attract a USD 25 service fee per ticket. Additional change and cancellation fees from the airline starting at USD 100 or more per ticket plus the additional cost in airfare may also apply.

Airfare is subject to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the issuing carrier's rules and regulations.

Airfare may be canceled and refunded within 24 hours from the time of purchase, unless your departure date is within 7 days and then the airfare is non-refundable.

If canceled before the departure date, some carriers may offer a credit in the form of a travel voucher.

Airfare is non-transferrable; many carriers will not permit a name change or correction including a typo.
